1. Fees
Your club and/or league website service will be provided to you free of charge. There are no catches or hidden costs associated with this service.
2. Services
Club Website Ltd will provide the following services: -
- (a) A club, team or league website.
- (b) Access to the online members administration tool.
- (c) Web hosting for the content on your website.
- (d) Web based communication tools; including access to your SMS text and e-mail messaging application.
- (e) Customer service support. We will endeavor to respond to any questions that you may have within 24 hours of receipt of your query. All queries about our club service should be submitted via email to support@clubwebsite.co.uk. All queries about our league service should be submitted to support@leaguewebsite.co.uk
3. Client's Obligations
You agree with us in the following terms: -
- (a) It is your responsibility to ensure that the content on your website is true; not misleading and is not abusive or of ill nature. Club Website Ltd will not be held responsible in any circumstance for any matters arising from a breach of this obligation and shall have the right to terminate your service forthwith in the event of any such breach.
- (b) You warrant that you own the copyright or have the reproduction rights of all artwork, trade names, photographs, databases and other materials supplied to Club Website Ltd for inclusion on your website.
- (c) Club Website Ltd have full permission and rights to advertise on your website. If necessary, you will allow Club Website Ltd to reposition the content on your website in order to accommodate any 3rd party advertising. Club Website Ltd reserves the right to append a hyperlink to it's own website at the very end of each page designed for you.
- (d) To allow your governing Football Association (and in the case of any club, team or league in Wales to also allow FAW Football in the Community Limited which trades as the Welsh Football Trust), County or League to post and display messages and any other communications they feel are relevant in a designated area on your website created using our club or league website service.
4. Limitation of Liability
In respect of any of the information provided by you, we will display your website on the basis that:
- (a) all information received from you is accurate, complete, not misleading and up to date;
- (b) you fully understand that Club Website Ltd will not be held responsible for legal action arising from your content, or any other 3rd party.
- (c) Club Website Ltd arranges hosting of services for you using third parties. In this respect we act as your agent and you accept that the third party hoster has sole liability to provide hosting services. We make no warranty or guarantee as to the availability or non-interruption of these hosting services and we cannot accept liability for losses caused by the unavailability, malfunction or interruption of the hosting services.
And you hereby indemnify and hold harmless Club Website Ltd against all costs, losses damages and liabilities whatsoever arising out of or relating to the inaccuracy of any information provided by you or a breach by you of the obligations or warranties contained in clause 3 above.
5. No Rights Implied
No licenses or any other rights under any patent, registered design, copyright, design right or any similar right belonging to Club Website Ltd are implied or granted under this Agreement.
All rights reserved. No part of this website may be reproduced, stored in a retrieval system, or transmitted, in any form or by any means without the prior written permission of Club Website Ltd.

All rights and ownership of registered club domain names belong to Club Website Ltd and we shall own the full copyright of all graphics, text and scripts. You may not alter or remove the contents of the website.
6. UK
This Agreement shall be governed by English Law and proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement may be brought in any court of competent jurisdiction in England.

Club Website holds your data in a central database and this database is accessed by your Club, League, County and governing Football Association, and in the case of any club, team or league in Wales the FAW Football in the Community Limited which trades as the Welsh Football Trust, (known as the “Clients”) and Club Website in order to provide you with information that may be of interest.
The information you provide may be used, by Club Website, its clients and third parties, to provide you with information and offers by post, SMS or e-mail. Club Website may from time to time use third party suppliers to provide all or part of a service to you. Club Website shall only be entitled to supply personal information as is necessary to enable third party suppliers to provide the relevant service to you.
Except as provided above, Club Website will not provide your personal information to any third party without your prior consent, however, under certain circumstances the force of law may require the provision of information to the legal authorities. In order to maintain the integrity of its website and safeguard the interests of its subscribers Club Website will comply with any such legally binding request.

The data you provide to Club Website will be held as provided by your Club Website Administrator. You may at any time amend or update your data by contacting your Club Administrator.
You are entitled to see the information held about you and you may ask us to make any necessary changes to ensure that it is accurate and kept up to date. If you wish to do this, please contact us.
We are entitled by law to charge a maximum fee of £10 to meet our costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you.
Changes to this Privacy Statement
Club Website will occasionally update this Privacy Statement. When we do, we will also revise the "last updated" date at the top and bottom of the Privacy Statement. Club Website will obtain your opt-in consent for any updates to this Privacy Statement that materially expand the sharing or use of your personal information in ways not disclosed in this Privacy Statement at the time of collection.
